Hanging plant

My plant is now going up to my hanging window light...not just one but both of them is crowling slowly up.

 Both of them is crowling towards up at the same time, fast as they can.
(-no idea whats the name of this lovely green plant-)

My thought says maybe I should cut it...or maybe I can just leave it like that???

Perhaps I can let these day past and I´ll deside this weekend.

If I´m going to cut it or not?
